Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Babu Motors Uganda. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our Drive to Own services.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for our Drive to Own program, applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a valid Ugandan driving license
• Have a clean driving record
• Pass our credit assessment
• Provide required documentation

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Deposit

All Drive to Own contracts require an initial deposit, the amount of which will be specified in your individual agreement.

3.2 Monthly Payments

• Payments are due on the agreed-upon date each month
• Late payments will incur fees as outlined in your contract
• All payments must be made through approved payment methods

4. Vehicle Maintenance

4.1 Regular Service

• Regular maintenance is mandatory as per the schedule provided
• All servicing must be done at Babu Motors approved service centers
• Failure to maintain the vehicle may result in contract termination

4.2 Repairs

• Unauthorized repairs will void warranties
• Report any issues immediately to our customer service

5. Insurance Requirements

All vehicles must be insured with comprehensive coverage through our approved providers.

6. Termination of Agreement

The Drive to Own agreement may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• Consistent late payments
• Violation of these terms
• Unauthorized modification of the vehicle
• Illegal use of the vehicle

7. Vehicle Ownership Transfer

Upon successful completion of all payments and terms, ownership will be transferred to the client within 14 business days.

8. Changes to Terms

Babu Motors reserves the right to modify these terms. Any changes will be communicated to clients with a 30-day notice.
